Running at TBS promotes good Cardiovascular Fitness! Learning to run any distance takes time and practice. The key element in running is learning to control your body and establish an individual "Pace". Students are given many different types of running tasks to practice pace and become stronger and more confident runners. The speed in which a student runs a particular distance is not the goal of ones progress. Rather, learning to start slow and progressively increase their rate of speed and establish a steady pace is the key to overall success.
